Just wanted to say thank you for the time taken to walk myself through a SOZO session last Saturday. Wasn’t certain what to expect but I think the result is significant.

I was a woman deeply hurt by a man she had loved and supported for over 22 years only to be rejected for her faith and for who she was. The all too heard of situation where the husband walks away from his faith and then his wife. It nearly destroyed me, but God had other plans, but in the process I needed to go through the furnace.  It has been a journey taking over three years.  In that time the Lord has drawn me closer, His Son Jesus has become even more real and the Holy Spirit my comfort and guide.

When in my “safe place” I was always in a dark room crouched down with my head down. My face not to be seen.  With the exception of light surrounding me, all was dark.  A place of despair, of deep, deep hurt and desperation.

Since my SOZO session, there has been an amazing change.  I have transitioned from that dark, despairing place to a bright, sun shining meadow! My arms stretched upwards, my face visibly lifted to our great God dancing and praising Him!

I feel ‘different’.  Hope has once again returned. Peace has returned and more importantly contentment.  It has been a long journey through the furnace but I feel that I have finally emerged through the fire.

To that, all I can say is thank you for your ministry.

I asked for prayer for my back at the Healing Centre last night.  It was so sore I could not sit comfortably or move without pain.  Today I am a walking testimony and I am telling everyone at work how good God is!  I am showing them how I can move and that God healed me last night.  Some are receiving it and others not so much.  I told my class and one of the girls’ mouths dropped wide open.  She was amazed!

I listened to a word by Bill Johnson from Bethel Church in Redding, CA, titled “God’s Heart is set on Restoration.”  He had a time of prayer and impartation after he spoke and I stood up and prayed along with him for restoration of relationships, particularly in my family which has suffered a lot of estrangement over the last several generations.  (God had already touched me in this area and given me a relationship with my mother and sister which had previously been lacking for over 25 years.)

The very next morning, I received an email at my place of work from the husband of my cousin who was looking for me wondering if he had the right person. My cousin had been looking for my sister and I for many years with no success.  She lives in England with her family and her husband was recently on a work placement in Vancouver.  While in Vancouver,  he tried googling some Canadian websites for our family names and came across my mother’s obituary notice.  My married name and the city I live in was mentioned in the notice.  He googled my married name and came up with it associated with my work website and a lost relationship was restored.  She also has 2 brothers in England and my sister and I have been emailing back and forth with family photos and memories.

In the spring of 2012 Eva asked for prayer for her sister in Hungary. She had had surgery for a stomach hernia and wasn’t healing, and they were afraid she was dying. We prayed for her and within a very short time Ava got a report that she was transferred from the hospital to a nursing home and was doing very well. At the nursing home, she met Christians who lead her to the Lord and she became a believer in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour.

For many years, we have been praying for our children. Our son, Timothy, who claimed he was an atheist, called to say he needed to talked to us. He came over and told us that he was at work minding his own business and he heard a voice in his head say, “I am the way, the truth and the life, the Lord Jesus Christ; believe in me.” He said he had never felt so much peace in his entire life. I shared with his wife and she began seeking the Lord and they were both baptised on November, 24, 2012.

Some members from the House of Worship & Prayer have, on occasion, ministered to folks on the streets and have a number of testimonies. Here is one, “We spoke to a man who was limping and prayed for him. He was then free from pain, but he could feel that his knee was still swollen. After showing us his swollen knee, we placed our hands on his knee and immediately the swelling disappeared and he could walk normally. He then gave his heart to Jesus.”

Summer, 2012

Prayed for a fellow worker who was off 5 weeks with a bad back and was still in pain and walking laboriously. I asked him if I could pray for him and he was then free from pain and could make movements that he couldn’t do before. He also had a shorter leg and after prayer his short leg grew out to the same length as the other one.

He then asked prayer for his girlfriend who had suffered from two broken vertebrae in her neck and was in chronic pain for years. My wife and I prayed over a prayer cloth and I gave it to him the next day. He gave it to his girlfriend who lay down with the cloth and could only say “Wow, wow” as she was healed of her chronic pain.
